Built to Close the Gap
CCCA Works! was founded with a clear mission: to eliminate the barriers that prevent high school students from entering the workforce with confidence. Too many talented young people graduate without real experience, professional networks, or a clear path forward.
As an operating division of the Capra College Career Academy, we leverage our deep roots in education to create internship placements that are genuinely meaningful — not just resume fillers. We match students with employers who are committed to mentorship and development.
By acting as the Employer of Record, we remove every administrative obstacle that might prevent an employer from participating. Workers' comp, payroll, compliance — we own it all. That means employers can focus on what matters: growing talent.

Employer of Record Model
We take on the full legal employer relationship — workers' comp, payroll taxes, and compliance are entirely our responsibility. Employers benefit from intern labor without any of the HR overhead.
No Upfront Employer Cost
There are no placement fees or upfront costs for employer partners. Our model is designed to remove every financial barrier so more organizations can participate in the program.
High-Touch Matching
We don't just send resumes. We personally match students to employers based on industry interest, skill set, and cultural fit — then provide ongoing support for both parties throughout the placement.
Transportation Support
Transportation should never be a barrier to opportunity. We provide transportation assistance to ensure students can reliably reach their placement site, no matter where they live.
